New India Palace opened its doors in 2001 with a simple mission: to share the authentic flavors of North India with our neighbors in the San Fernando Valley. For over two decades, our family has prepared every dish with the same care and devotion as a home-cooked meal — because that's exactly what it is. Our recipes have been passed down through generations, each spice blend perfected over years of tradition.

Every morning, our kitchen comes alive with the ancient rhythms of Indian cooking — the sizzle of spices blooming in hot oil, the rhythmic slap of naan dough against the walls of our tandoor oven, the fragrant steam rising from slow-simmered curries. We use only halal meats, the freshest vegetables, and spices sourced for their quality and authenticity.
